Karen Dunne-Squire
Karen is the founder and Managing Director of Sales Outsourcing Specialists. Her core role is to provide front line services for clients including strategic planning, creating sales plans and processes, interim management, board level sales advice, and devising and implementing sales training and mentoring.

Karen has a diverse sales background, and understands the customer experience across many sectors including IT, public sector and retail.

Robin Mason
Robin joined the company in early 2011, with a remit to help Karen grow the business. He graduated from Bath Spa University with a degree in Business and Management in 2009, and has held a management position in retail prior to joining SOS.
This background has equipped him with the skills he needs to understand about the sales process, what it takes to keep customers happy, and to implement the growth strategies of the business.
